Eventing

Northside offers a superb training ground for all levels of eventers, including the wanna-be's. We have upgrading our water jump and are building new mobile cross country fences. We have also improved the "going" on some parts of the course.

The eventing phase will continue to run Hunter Trials Competitions throughout the year, as well as Combined Competitions (dressage and showjumping) for those needing more practice. All are welcome to join these competitions (including non-eventers). Keep the hunting attire in the dry-cleaning bags because neither of these days requires dressing up.

For those new to the sport of eventing or who simply need more jump practice the eventing phase will be providing many training days this year which comprise of clinics in the morning followed by a ride around the course in the afternoon. Training days are held at the Princess Anne arena, St. Ives, and official ODE venues around the Sydney metropolitan area including; Macarthur, SIEC (Horsley Park) and Camden.

Experienced eventers and NCAS coaches, such as Sam Lyle, Stuart Tinney, Rebel Morrow, Jill Severn, Selina Madeleine among others, conduct the clinics targeted at all levels..
